Experience Anne-Sophie Mutter live on April 3rd

Anne-Sophie Mutter will perform at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Texas on April 3, 2027. Mutter is a globally recognized violinist known for her interpretations of both standard classical repertoire and contemporary works. Her style is frequently described as possessing a remarkable technical precision combined with emotional depth and a distinctive, rich tone. She has championed numerous composers, commissioning and premiering works by figures like Krzysztof Penderecki and Sofia Gubaidulina, alongside her performances of composers such as Beethoven, Brahms, and Mozart.

The Meyerson Symphony Center, which opened in 1989, is the home of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Designed by I.M. Pei & Partners, the hall is celebrated for its acoustics, achieved through the work of acoustician Russell Johnson. The building's exterior features travertine stone and incorporates elements reflecting Dallas’s architectural heritage. It’s notable for being one of the first concert halls designed with variable acoustics – adjustable banners and reflectors allow for modification of the sound to suit different musical genres. The Meyerson also functions as a venue for other performances including Broadway shows and lectures, contributing significantly to Dallas’s cultural landscape.
