Andrea Bocelli will perform at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on December 3rd, 2026. Bocelli is an internationally renowned Italian tenor known for his crossover musical style, blending classical elements with popular music genres like opera, neoclassical pop and light classical. His repertoire frequently includes arias from well-known operas, Neapolitan songs, and original compositions often featuring emotive melodies and powerful vocals. He began his career after winning a local singing contest in 1994 and gained international recognition following his victory at the Sanremo Music Festival in 1995.

Bridgewater Hall opened in September 1996 and is Manchester’s international concert hall. It is recognised for its exceptional acoustics, consistently ranked among the finest in Europe. The hall was built as part of the city’s regeneration following the 1996 Manchester bombing and quickly became a focal point for cultural events. Designed by architects Renton, Eastwood & Partners, its interior features a striking geometric design and is primarily constructed from reinforced concrete clad with Welsh slate and granite. The hall hosts a diverse range of performances including orchestral concerts, chamber music, contemporary music, and large-scale musical events.
