Action, a musical project spearheaded by Italian electronic musician Andrea Franchetti, will be performing at the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles on August 8, 2026. Franchetti’s work under the Action moniker is generally described as a blend of Italo disco, synth-wave, and electro, often characterized by driving basslines, atmospheric textures and a nostalgic aesthetic reminiscent of 1980s electronic music. He has released albums on labels such as Italians Do It Better and Mannequin Records, gaining recognition within the independent dance music scene.

The Teragram Ballroom is a mid-sized concert venue located in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. Originally constructed in 1917 as the California Theatre, it operated as a movie palace before undergoing renovations and reopening as a live music venue in 2014. The space retains much of its original architectural detail, including ornate ceilings and vintage lighting fixtures. Known for its intimate setting and quality sound system, Teragram Ballroom regularly hosts performances across various genres including indie rock, electronic music, hip-hop and Latin music, attracting both established artists and emerging acts. Its capacity is approximately 650 people.
