Youngblood Brass Band, formed in 2009 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a six-piece ensemble renowned for their high-energy blend of brass band music with elements of funk, hip-hop, jazz, and rock. The band—featuring trumpet, trombone, saxophone, drums, bass, and vocals—self-released several EPs before debuting their full-length album *Against the Grain* in 2013.
