Yotam Silberstein is an Israeli-born, New York City-based jazz guitarist and composer rapidly gaining international recognition. Initially honing his skills in Israel’s vibrant jazz scene, Silberstein moved to the US in 2008 to study at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, earning a Master's degree. He quickly became a fixture in the NYC jazz circuit, collaborating with prominent figures like Ari Hoenig, Shai Maestro, and Peter Bernstein.

Silberstein’s playing is characterized by a lyrical melodicism deeply rooted in the bebop tradition, yet infused with harmonic sophistication and a distinctly modern sensibility. His tone is often described as warm and inviting, showcasing both technical virtuosity and emotional depth.

He has released several critically acclaimed albums as a leader, including “Make Yourself Heard” (2015), “Silver Lining” (2018), and "Life Cycle" (2023), all demonstrating his compositional prowess. Notably, *DownBeat* magazine praised "Life Cycle" for its mature arrangements and Silberstein's compelling guitar work. He frequently tours internationally, performing at renowned jazz clubs and festivals worldwide and maintains an active teaching schedule.
