The Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, founded in 1893, is a renowned Swiss symphony orchestra based in Zurich. Originally established by the Tonhalle Gesellschaft Zürich, it quickly gained prominence under pioneering conductors like Volkmar Andreae. Throughout its history, the orchestra has been associated with significant musicians including Arturo Toscanini, Wilhelm Furtwängler, and David Zinman.

Currently led by Paavo Järvi (as of 2023), the Tonhalle-Orchester is celebrated for its consistently high performance standards and stylistic versatility, spanning Baroque to contemporary repertoire.
