Timur Zangiev is a Russian-born, Germany-based pianist and composer rapidly gaining international recognition for his emotionally resonant and technically brilliant performances. Trained at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and later at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg under Professor Wolfgang Manz, Zangiev’s repertoire spans from Bach to contemporary composers. He’s particularly noted for his interpretations of Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, and Prokofiev, showcasing a powerful yet nuanced touch.

Zangiev’s career includes performances at prestigious venues like the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Konzerthaus Berlin, and the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. A prize winner in numerous international competitions – including the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw (2015) and the German Piano Award (2018) – he's established himself as a formidable soloist.
