Third Coast Percussion is a Grammy Award-winning percussion quartet founded in 1997 at the University of Notre Dame. The ensemble—Robert Dillon, Peter Ferry, Matthew Dunbar, and David Skidmore—is renowned for its innovative chamber music performances and commitment to commissioning new works. Their repertoire spans a diverse range, from contemporary classical compositions to collaborations across genres including jazz, electronic music, and visual arts.

Third Coast Percussion gained national recognition with their album *Particle Zoo* (2015), earning a Grammy nomination. They achieved the Grammy Award for Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance in 2017 with *Singing Bowls*, featuring the music of Steve Reich. The group frequently performs at prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, and are dedicated educators, holding residencies and conducting masterclasses nationally.
