Thierry Escaich is a highly respected French composer, arranger, and jazz pianist, born in 1959. He’s renowned for his prolific output spanning orchestral music, film scores, contemporary jazz, and arrangements for numerous prominent artists. He was appointed a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in France (Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres) acknowledging his contributions to French culture.
