Stephanie Lottermoser (born October 26, 1987) is a German DJ and producer known professionally as STEPHANE. Rising from the Cologne electronic music scene, she initially gained recognition for her energetic and technically proficient DJ sets, often incorporating elements of house, techno, and electro.
Lottermoser’s production style is characterized by driving basslines, intricate percussion, and a focus on functional club tracks. She co-founded the influential label, KNTXT, with Charlotte de Witte in 2019 – a platform quickly becoming synonymous with high-quality techno.
Beyond KNTXT, she releases on labels like Drumcode (Adam Beyer’s imprint), Soma Records, and her own imprint STEPHANE Records. Her EP "Olympia" on Drumcode garnered significant attention in 2021, solidifying her position within the international techno community. A consistent presence at major festivals including Tomorrowland and Time Warp, STEPHANE continues to tour extensively, delivering dynamic performances celebrated for their intensity and precision. She’s also a skilled live performer utilizing hardware instruments alongside her DJing.
