Stephanie Jones is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter renowned for her unique blend of vintage jazz, blues, and swing with a modern sensibility. Originally from Philadelphia, she began her musical journey learning violin at age seven before transitioning to upright bass – an instrument central to her signature sound.

Jones gained prominence as a member of Postmodern Jukebox, joining in 2015 and becoming a featured vocalist and bassist, contributing to the group’s viral success covering contemporary songs in vintage styles. Beyond PMJ, she leads her own band, performing extensively across the US and internationally.

Her solo work showcases original compositions alongside carefully curated covers, emphasizing strong vocal harmonies and sophisticated arrangements. She's released several EPs including "Exit Stage Left" (2018) and frequently collaborates with other artists across genres. Jones is also an active educator, offering bass lessons and workshops. Her performances are known for their energetic stage presence and dedication to preserving and innovating within classic American musical traditions.
