Stella Almondo (born Stella Maria Almondo, October 23, 1988) is a Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for her emotionally resonant indie folk and dream pop sound. Originally from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, she independently released her debut EP, *Roots* in 2010, gaining local attention for its raw lyricism and acoustic arrangements.

Almondo’s breakthrough came with her 2016 full-length album *Solitude*, praised for its atmospheric production and introspective themes exploring isolation and self-discovery. She followed this with *Trips* (2019), which saw her experimenting with more electronic elements while retaining her signature vulnerable vocals.

Throughout her career, Almondo has toured extensively across Canada and Europe, supporting artists like Bahamas and performing at festivals including Rifflandia and the Vancouver Folk Music Festival. Her music has been featured in placements with CBC Music and independent film soundtracks. Characterized by layered vocals, delicate instrumentation—often featuring guitar, piano, and synths—and poetic songwriting, Almondo continues to build a dedicated following through consistent independent releases and captivating live performances. She currently resides in Montreal.
