S!RENE (born Sierra Nicole Sorenson on October 12, 1998) is an American singer-songwriter and producer rapidly gaining recognition for her genre-bending sound. Initially known for her work with the hyperpop collective 100 gecs – co-writing and providing vocals on tracks like “money machine” – S!RENE launched her solo career in 2021 with the EP *POOL PARTY*.
Her music blends elements of hyperpop, alternative rock, electronic, and emo, characterized by distorted vocals, heavily layered production, and emotionally raw lyricism. S!RENE’s discography includes the singles “Attention,” “Gasoline,” and “Pretty.” She signed with Atlantic Records in 2023.
Beyond her solo work, she continues to collaborate extensively within the hyperpop scene, contributing to projects by artists like glaive and ericdoa. Her debut album, *TRIPPIE*, released in November 2023, received critical acclaim for its experimental soundscapes and vulnerable songwriting.
