Siohvan, born Síofra Healy in County Clare, Ireland, is a rapidly ascending force in contemporary folk and alternative music. Initially gaining recognition as a backing vocalist for established Irish artists like Lisa Hannigan and Gemma Hayes, Siohvan launched her solo career with the critically acclaimed 2023 debut album *Where the Woods Meet the Sea*.

Her sound is characterized by intricate fingerstyle guitar work, haunting vocal arrangements often employing layered harmonies, and deeply personal lyricism exploring themes of nature, Irish folklore, and introspective emotional landscapes.
