oreglo (born Alejandro Orengo, October 17, 1993) is a Puerto Rican record producer, songwriter, and musician known for his innovative contributions to the emerging “tumbao electrónico” genre. Rising to prominence in the early 2020s, oreglo blends traditional Puerto Rican rhythms like bomba and plena with electronic music elements – specifically UK garage, drum and bass, and baile funk – creating a sound distinctly his own.

He initially gained recognition producing for artists like Villano Antillano and Snow Tha Product before launching his solo career. His debut EP, *Bajo La Tormenta* (2021), established his signature style and garnered critical acclaim. oreglo’s breakthrough came with the single "Punto G" (2022), which went viral on TikTok and propelled him into the Latin alternative music scene.

His first full-length album, *En Lo Que Queda* (2023), released via Wild Kids Records, further cemented his position as a leading figure in Latin electronic music. The album received widespread praise for its complex arrangements and cultural depth.
