Natia Todua is a Georgian jazz vocalist rapidly gaining international recognition for her rich, emotive tone and improvisational skill. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, she began formal vocal training at a young age, later graduating from the Tbilisi State Conservatoire. Todua first gained prominence as a member of the Georgian vocal ensemble “The Shin”, achieving success on *The Voice of Germany* in 2014, reaching the semi-finals and captivating audiences with her unique interpretations of jazz standards.

Her style blends traditional Georgian polyphony with contemporary jazz sensibilities, often incorporating scat singing and blues influences. She frequently performs both original compositions and covers, showcasing remarkable range and phrasing.

Todua released her debut album, *For You*, in 2017, followed by *Shadows* (2020) and *Melodia* (2023), all receiving critical acclaim for their sophisticated arrangements and Todua’s compelling vocal performance. She has toured extensively throughout Europe, performing at renowned jazz festivals including Montreux Jazz Festival and North Sea Jazz Festival. Known for intimate performances and a deeply personal connection to her music, Natia Todua is establishing herself as a significant voice in modern jazz.
