Marty Jaffe is a highly respected American multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger with a career spanning decades, deeply rooted in both jazz and world music traditions. Initially gaining prominence as a pianist and percussionist with Oregon (the pioneering jazz-fusion group) from 1971-1978, Jaffe contributed significantly to their signature sound, blending acoustic instrumentation with innovative arrangements.

Beyond Oregon, Jaffe has collaborated extensively with artists like Paul Winter Consort, Flora Purim & Airto Moreira, and Don Cherry, showcasing his versatility across diverse musical landscapes.
