Experience Marcus Lott
Marcus Lott (born October 25, 1984), professionally known as Marc Lo, is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer based in Los Angeles. He initially gained recognition as the frontman and primary songwriter for the indie rock band The Colourist, formed in 2011. With The Colourist, Lo released two EPs – *No Sleep* (2013) and *We Never Were Here* (2014) – and a full-length album, *Tell Me Your Colors* (2016), garnering praise for their dream-pop soundscapes and Lo’s distinctive falsetto vocals.
Following The Colourist's indefinite hiatus in 2018, Lo embarked on a solo career under the moniker Marc Lo. His solo work expands upon his established atmospheric style, incorporating elements of electronic music and R&B. He’s released several singles and EPs including *Slow to React* (2019) and *Days We Lost* (2023). Lo has toured extensively both with The Colourist, supporting acts like Coin & Smallpools, and independently as Marc Lo.
