Lea Maria Fries is a German singer-songwriter and producer known for her atmospheric and emotionally resonant electronic pop. Initially gaining recognition as a vocalist for the German dance act Klangkarussell on their 2014 hit “Sonnentanz (Sun Don’t Shine),” featuring Felix Jaehn, Fries transitioned to a successful solo career.

Her debut EP, *Lost & Found* (2018), showcased her songwriting talent and distinctive vocal style – often described as ethereal and melancholic. Subsequent releases like the singles "Give Me A Reason" and "Through The Night" further solidified her position within the indie electronic scene.

Fries independently produces much of her music, blending influences from trip-hop, downtempo, and ambient electronica with personal lyrical themes exploring vulnerability, self-discovery, and relationships.
