Jun Iida is a Japanese composer, arranger, and keyboardist renowned for his prolific work in the visual kei and anime/game music scenes. Beginning his career in the late 1990s, he initially gained prominence as a member of the band Dir en grey, contributing significantly to their early sound with complex arrangements and distinctive keyboard textures from 1997-2002.

Following his departure, Iida established himself as a highly sought-after freelance composer. He’s notably crafted scores for numerous popular anime series including *Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project*, *Blood-C*, *Broken Blade*, and *Fate/Grand Order*. His style blends orchestral arrangements with electronic elements, often incorporating progressive rock influences and dramatic flair.
