Freddie Gavita is a British multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter gaining recognition for his genre-bending approach to electronic music. Initially known as a drummer touring with artists like Mura Masa, Bonobo, and Tourist – including performances at Glastonbury and Coachella – Gavita transitioned to a solo career in 2018. His sound blends elements of UK garage, broken beat, jazz, and ambient textures, often featuring intricate percussion and emotive melodic lines.

He released his debut EP *Quiet Ponds* in 2019 on Brainfeeder, quickly establishing him within the experimental electronic scene. This was followed by the critically acclaimed album *Melodies* (2023), also on Brainfeeder, which further showcased his production prowess and songwriting ability.
