Estelle Dupont is a French-American violinist and composer rapidly gaining recognition for her innovative approach to contemporary classical music. Born in 1993, Dupont initially trained classically at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris before pursuing further studies at the Juilliard School with Robert Mann.

Her style blends intricate compositional techniques with improvisational elements, often incorporating electronic processing and extended techniques on the violin. Dupont’s work frequently explores themes of memory, displacement, and the intersection of acoustic and digital soundscapes.

She debuted her solo album, *Solitude*, in 2021 to critical acclaim, praised for its emotional depth and technical virtuosity. This was followed by commissions from institutions like IRCAM and performances at prominent festivals including Darmstadt and Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival. Dupont has collaborated with artists across genres, including electronic musician Murcof and visual artist Ryoji Ikeda. She is currently a resident artist at the Cité des Arts in Paris, continuing to develop new works pushing the boundaries of violin performance and composition.
