Eddie Bullen is a Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, best known as the frontman for the critically acclaimed indie folk band The Rural Alberta Advantage (TRAA). Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Bullen formed TRAA in 2005, initially as a solo project recording on basic equipment. The band quickly gained traction with its energetic live performances and distinctive sound – characterized by driving acoustic guitar, unconventional percussion (often utilizing a kick drum played with a beater), and Bullen’s emotionally resonant vocals and lyrical storytelling.

TRAA released their debut album *Feels Like the First Time* in 2008, followed by *Leaving Like a Ghost* (2011) which earned a Juno Award nomination for Alternative Album of the Year. Subsequent albums *Mended With Gold* (2014) and *The Wild Things* (2017) continued to garner critical praise and solidified their reputation as a leading Canadian indie act. In 2020, Bullen released his debut solo album, *See Through*. His songwriting often explores themes of memory, place, and personal experience, delivered with raw honesty and poetic imagery.
