Don Liuzzi is a highly respected jazz and studio drummer based in Los Angeles, known for his versatility across genres including jazz, pop, rock, and film scoring. He began his professional career in the 1980s, quickly establishing himself as a first-call session musician. Liuzzi’s discography boasts collaborations with prominent artists like Bonnie Raitt (touring and recording), Chicago, Patti Austin, and Linda Ronstadt.

He served as the house drummer for *The Midnight Special* television show during its final years, performing with a vast array of musical guests. Beyond touring and recording, Liuzzi is a sought-after film and television percussionist, contributing to scores for numerous productions.
