Chloe Hogan is a Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist gaining recognition for her emotionally resonant indie folk music. Originally from rural Manitoba, she honed her skills busking and performing across Western Canada before relocating to Montreal. Hogan independently released her debut EP, *Pocketful of Stones*, in 2018, followed by the critically acclaimed full-length album *All Things Change* in 2020.
Her sound blends introspective lyricism with delicate fingerstyle guitar playing, often incorporating banjo and subtle electronic textures. Influences range from Joni Mitchell to Bon Iver, resulting in a uniquely atmospheric and vulnerable style. Hogan’s songwriting frequently explores themes of nature, memory, and personal growth.
She's received support from CBC Music (listing “Rivers” among their top songs of the year) and has toured extensively throughout Canada, including performances at the Winnipeg Folk Festival and Montreal Folk Fest on the mainstage in 2023. Her most recent single, “Golden”, continues to build momentum with positive reviews highlighting her evocative vocals and captivating storytelling. She is currently working on new material slated for release in late 2024.
