Camille Thomas is a French-American classical violinist rapidly gaining international recognition for her deeply emotive performances and innovative approach to repertoire. Trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and the Juilliard School under Glenn Dicterow, she began her career winning major competitions including the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 2018.

Thomas’s style is characterized by a rich, warm tone and a fearless exploration of both standard concertos and lesser-known works. She’s particularly noted for championing female composers, notably Florence Price, whose Violin Concerto No. 2 she recorded with the Philadelphia Orchestra in 2023 to critical acclaim – a landmark recording as it was the concerto's first professional recording.

Her debut album, *Virtuosa*, featuring works by Bach, Kreisler and Price, received widespread praise. Performances include appearances with renowned orchestras like the Boston Symphony Orchestra and at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall. She is currently signed to Deutsche Grammophon, solidifying her position as a leading voice in the new generation of classical musicians.
