Camilla Tilling is a celebrated Swedish classical soprano renowned for her interpretations of Baroque and Classical repertoire, particularly the music of Handel, Mozart, and Bach. Born in Stockholm in 1974, she studied at the Royal College of Music, Stockholm, and later with Erik Saeden. Tilling’s international career blossomed in the late 1990s, marked by critically acclaimed performances at major opera houses including Royal Opera House Covent Garden, La Scala, and the Metropolitan Opera.

She is particularly lauded for her nuanced phrasing and vocal purity, often described as possessing a radiant tone ideal for ornamentation-rich roles. Notable operatic portrayals include Pamina (*The Magic Flute*), Susanna (*The Marriage of Figaro*), and Armida (*Rinaldo*).
