Anthony Bruno is an American singer-songwriter and composer known for his emotionally resonant indie pop and atmospheric soundscapes. Initially gaining recognition as the frontman of the band Self Portraits, Bruno released two critically acclaimed albums with them – *Introducing…Self Portraits* (2004) and *Life in Bloom* (2006) – touring extensively with artists like The Starting Line and Saves the Day.

Following Self Portraits, Bruno transitioned to a solo career, releasing his debut album *The Unraveling* in 2010, produced by Lou Reed. This album showcased a more introspective and experimental style. He continued to release EPs and singles, notably collaborating with composer Dustin O’Halloran on the soundtrack for the Sofia Coppola film *Somewhere* (2010), earning him a significant film scoring credit.
