Andrea Sanguineti is an Italian composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist renowned for his work spanning progressive rock, classical music, and soundtrack composition. Initially gaining prominence as keyboardist for Le Orme, a foundational band in the Italian progressive rock scene of the 1970s, Sanguineti contributed significantly to albums like *Collage* (1972) and *Uomo di pezza* (1972).

Following Le Orme’s initial disbandment, he pursued a solo career releasing albums like *Dieci Anni di Noi* (1976), showcasing a more experimental and classically-influenced style. He later rejoined Le Orme for various reunions and recordings, including *Felona e Sorona* (1983).
